Customer satisfaction is important! If there is receipt of ‘Damaged Goods’ or ‘Wrong Product’ there is a 3-days grace period starting from the time the package is marked as "DELIVERED" for a refund or exchange to be considered. Make sure to record a video while opening the package and send it to us at our Instagram page @homelixir_ or email us at manage.homelixir@gmail.com for your return request to be accepted.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours atmanage.homelixir@gmail.com.

Return to sender
If any order has been returned to us due to delivery issues, customer will be responsible to pay for the cost of shipping to re-deliver the parcel.
